微针刀联合温针灸治疗颈源性耳鸣临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]探讨微针刀联合温针灸治疗颈源性耳鸣的临床疗效。[方法]选取60例颈源性耳鸣患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组30例。对照组采用常规温针灸治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用微针刀治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的耳鸣残疾评估量表(THI)评分、Northwick Park颈痛量表(NPQ)评分、椎-基底动脉血流速度,比较两组疗效。[结果]治疗组总有效率为86.67%,对照组总有效率为70.00%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者THI评分、NPQ评分、椎-基底动脉血流速度均较治疗前改善(P<0.05),且治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]微针刀联合温针灸治疗颈源性耳鸣能有效缓解患者颈项部不适,改善耳鸣程度,提高患者生活质量。[Objective]To explore the clinical effect of micro needle knife combined with warm acupuncture in the treatment of cervical tinnitus.[Methods]Sixty patients with cervical tinnitus were selected and divided into control group and treatment group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional warm acupuncture,and the treatment group was treated with micro needle knife on the basis of the control group.Tinnitus handicap inventory(THI)score,Northwick Park neck pain questionnaire(NPQ)score and vertebral-basilar artery blood flow velocity were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the efficacy of the two groups was compared.[Results]The total effective rate was 86.67%in the treatment group and 70.00%in the control group.The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the THI score,NPQ score,and vertebral-basal artery blood flow velocity in two groups were improved when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Micro needle knife combined with warm acupuncture in the treat-ment of cervical tinnitus can effectively relieve the neck discomfort,improve the degree of tinnitus and improve the quality of life of patients.
