摘 要:抗冲击性能是船用交流中压真空断路器在承受瞬时冲击时能否可靠运行的关键。借助高速摄像仪对交流中压真空断路器初期摸底试验情况进行分析,设计两种抗冲击结构优化方案。对断路器操作机构和触头系统建立ADAMS多体动力学仿真模型,完成对断路器抗冲击过程的仿真分析和优化设计。最后,结合冲击摸底试验验证,满足断路器的抗冲击性能,具有重要的工程意义。The impact resistance performance is the key to reliable operation of marine AC medium voltage vacuum circuit breaker under instantaneous impact.The initial test results of AC medium voltage vacuum circuit breakers is analyzed using a high-speed camera.Two kinds of impact resistance structure optimization schemes are designed.ADAMS multi-body dynamic simulation model is established for the operating mechanism and contact system of circuit breaker to complete the simulation analysis and optimization design of circuit breaker impact resistance process.Finally,combined with the impact testing verification,it is of great engineering significance to meet the impact resistance performance of circuit breakers.
