摘 要:轨道交通建设与城市商业互动开发是引导城市空间演变与土地高效利用的重要动力.如何统筹优化轨道交通站点商业资源分布格局,充分发挥轨道交通站点对中心城区更新建设的引导作用,是我国城市建设中亟待解决的问题.论文构建了“空间可达耦合一致度”评价指标,以探究轨道交通站点与城市商业中心这两类空间节点的互动关系,同时基于北京地铁站点信息和商业中心数据构建了OLS模型来探索城市商业中心选址和可达性对轨道交通站点辐射强度的影响.结果表明:与其他中心城区相比,北京市核心城区的空间耦合一致度指标更高,说明轨道交通网络对城市中心体系网络的支撑最充分;大型商业中心的可达性会对轨道交通站点的辐射圈商业规模产生影响.据此提出相关建议,助力各城市在进行轨道建设的同时,对轨道商业进行合理的规划与开发.The symbiotic development of rail transit and urban commerce serves as a pivotal force in shaping the evolution of urban space and promoting efficient land utilization.Addressing the optimization of the distribution pattern of commercial resources around rail transit stations is imperative to fully leverage their guiding role in the renewal and construction of central urban areas in China.This study introduces the evaluation index of‘spatial accessibility coupling consistency’to delve into the interactive relationship between rail transit stations and urban commercial centers.Simultaneously,an Ordinary Least Squares(OLS)model was formulated using data from Beijing metro stations and commercial centers to examine the influence of the location and accessibility of urban commercial centers on the radiation intensity of rail transit stations.The findings revealed that Beijing’s core urban area exhibits a higher spatial coupling consistency index compared to other central urban areas,indicating robust support from the rail transit network for the urban central system network.The accessibility of large commercial centers significantly impacts the commercial scale within the radiation circle of rail transit stations.In light of these results,pertinent policy recommendations are presented to assist cities in undertaking rational planning and development of rail commerce concurrently with rail construction.
