基于CiteSpace对2014~2023年女性盆腔器官脱垂全球研究现状及热点的可视化分析

摘　　要：目的基于文献计量学方法对近10年女性盆腔器官脱垂(pelvic organ prolapse,POP)全球研究现状及热点进行可视化分析,旨在为该领域研究提供参考。方法以Web of Science核心合集数据库为数据检索来源,检索2014年1月至2023年7收录的女性POP相关文献,运用CiteSpace 6.2.R2软件对文献的年发文量、作者、发文国家、研究机构、关键词进行可视化分析。结果共检索到4211篇文献,近10年来文献发文量总体呈上升趋势;Dietz Hans Peter是发文量最多的作者,朱兰是发文量第二同时是我国发文量最多的作者;美国是发文量和中心性最高的国家,在该领域的研究占据主要地位;发文量最多的机构是美国加州大学;研究热点主要集中在尿失禁、外科手术、流行病学、影响因素、生活质量等领域;研究前沿与趋势主要有排尿障碍、手术预后、体育活动、直肠膨出等。结论女性POP受到了学者们的广泛关注,在未来的研究中应加大跨学科、跨领域的国际合作与交流,国内应加强与国外在该领域的交流学习,以促进女性POP在国内的发展。Objective Based on bibliometric methods,to visually analyze the global research status and research hotspots of female pelvic organ prolapse(POP)in the past 10 years,aiming to provide reference for research in this field.MethodsUsing the Web of Science core collection database as the data retrieval source,female POP related literature collected from January 2014 to July 2023 was searched.CiteSpace 6.2.R2 software was used to visualize the annual publication volume,author,country of publication,research institution,and keywords of the literature.Results A total of 421l articles were retrieved,and the overall number of articles published has shown an upward trend in the past 10 years.Dietz Hans Peter was the author with the highest number of publications,while Zhu Lan was the second most published author and also the author with the highest number of publications in China.The United States was the country with the highest publication volume and centrality,and held a dominant position in research in this field.The institution with the highest number of publications was the University of California in the United States.Research hotspots mainly focused on fields such as urinary incontinence,surgical procedures,epidemiology,influencing factors,and quality of life.The research frontiers and trends mainly included urinary disorders,surgical prognosis,physical activity,rectal prolapse,etc.Conclusion Female POP has received widespread attention from scholars,and in future research,international interdisciplinary and interdisciplinary cooperation and exchange should be increased.Domestic and foreign exchanges and learning in this field should be strengthened to promote the development of female POP in China.
