人口老龄化背景下呼和浩特市城区老年人医养结合服务需求及影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的:了解呼和浩特市城区老年人医养结合需求情况,探讨其影响因素,对本地区医养结合提出完善对策,助力医养结合的发展。方法:从呼和浩特市4个主城区随机抽样5个社区,每个社区随机选取20名老年人,共对400名老年人进行医养需求的问卷调查,对结果进行Logistic回归分析。结果:统计结果显示,72.5%的呼和浩特市城区老年人有医养结合服务需求。单因素Logistic回归结果显示,老年人性别、年龄、身体状况、患有慢病数量、子女个数、婚姻状况、职业、年收入、养老倾向等因素,医养结合服务需求间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。文化程度、医疗保险险种,医养结合服务需求间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。多因素Logistic回归结果显示,老年人性别、年龄、身体状况、患有慢病数量、子女个数、婚姻状况、职业、年收入、养老倾向是呼和浩特市城区老年人医养结合需求的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:呼和浩特市城区老年人医养结合需求率较高,应尽快完善养老体系建设,创建地区养老模式,探索老年人内在能力筛查机制,加强预防保健宣传,提高社区医养服务能力,推进养老差异化建设。Objective To explore the demand of integrated eldercare services with medical care for the elderly in the urban area of Hohhot City,to research influencing factors,to put forward the improvement measures for integrated eldercare services with medical care in the local area,to support the development of the integrated eldercare services with medical care.Method Five communities were randomly sampled from four main urban areas of Hohhot City,with 20 elderly people randomly selected from each community.Total of 400 elderly people were surveyed with a questionnaire the demand of integrated eldercare services with medical care,logistic regression analysis was performed on the results.Result Statistical results showed that 72.5%of elderly people in urban areas of Hohhot City have the demand of integrated eldercare services with medical care.The results of single factor logistic regression show that there are nine factors have the statistically significant(P<0.05),including gender,age,physical condition,number of chronic diseases,number of children,marital status,occupation,annual income,trending for the aged.There are no statistically significant difference in education level and types of medical insurance coverage(P>0.05).The results of multivariate logistic regression show that gender,age,physical condition,number of chronic diseases,number of children,marital status,occupation,annual income,and trending for the aged are the influencing factors for the demand of integrated eldercare services with medical care for the elderly in the urban area of Hohhot City(P<0.05).Conclusion The demand rate of integrated eldercare services with medical care for the elderly in the urban area of Hohhot City is relatively high.It is necessary to improve the construction of the elderly care system as soon as possible,to create regional elderly care models,to explore mechanisms for screening the intrinsic abilities of the elderly,to strengthen the promotion of preventive healthcare,to improve the capacity of community eldercare services
