摘  要:提出了一种基于边界网格投影的铸造模拟仿真网格剖分方法。首先读取铸件三维模型的STL文件并进行缺陷处理,接着对铸件整体进行结构化网格剖分,并进行内外网格区分得到边界网格,最后对边界网格进行投影处理。应用实例表明,该方法可得到贴合铸件三维模型形状的网格文件,对于铸造CAE模拟精度提升具有积极意义。A casting simulation grid generation method based on boundary grid projection was proposed.Firstly,the STL file of 3D model of casting was read and defects were processed.Then,the castings were structurally gridded,and the internal and external grids were distinguished to obtain the boundary grid.Finally,the boundary grid was pro-jected.Application instances indicate that the method leads to a grid file that fits the shape of 3D model,which is of sig nificance for improving the accuracy of casting CAE.
