摘 要:采用铜模喷铸法制备了直径为2 mm的Zr_(65-x)Ti_(x)Cu_(20)Fe_(5)Al_(10)(x=0,2,4,6,8,摩尔分数)体系的块体非晶合金,利用X射线衍射仪、差热扫描量热仪、电子万能试验机和扫描电镜分析了Ti含量对合金体系的非晶形成能力以及力学性能的影响。结果表明,当x=2时,块体合金具有最好的非晶形成能力,其过冷液相区ΔTx为73 K、约化玻璃转变温度T_(rg)为0.564,非晶形成能力参数γ为0.401,压缩强度为1905 MPa,塑性变形量为12%,抗压强度及塑性变形能力均非常理想,大量剪切带形成是其力学性能提高的主要原因。The bulk Zr_(65-x)Ti_(x)Cu_(20)Fe_(5)Al_(10)(x=0,2,4,6,8)alloys withϕ2 mm were prepared by injection copper mold casting.Effects of Ti addition on the amorphous forming ability and mechanical properties of Zr_(65-x)Ti_(x)Cu_(20)Fe_(5)Al_(10)(x=0,2,4,6,8)alloy system were investigated by X-ray diffraction,differential scanning calorimeter,compression tests and scanning electron microscope.The results indicate that the alloy achieves optimal amorphous forming ability when x=2,where the supercooled liquid zoneΔT_(x),the reduced glass transition temperature T_(rg),the amorphous form⁃ing capacity parameterγ,the compressive strength,and the plastic deformation are 73 K,0.564,0.401,1905 MPa and 12%,respectively,and the compressive strength and plastic deformation ability are desirable,which is attributed to the formation of a large number of shearing bands.
