摘 要:Al-Si合金由于具有优异的可铸造性、耐腐蚀性和良好的力学性能,在航空航天和交通运输等领域得到了广泛的应用。近年来,科技的不断发展对Al-Si合金的耐热性能也提出了更高的要求。研究了原位TiB_(2)颗粒对Al-Si系合金组织以及室温和高温性能的影响。结果表明,原位TiB_(2)颗粒的引入不仅能作为α-Al的异质形核质点、细化基体晶粒,而且能抑制共晶Si的生长、变质共晶Si。此外,合金的抗拉强度、屈服强度和弹性模量均随TiB_(2)颗粒含量的增加而不断增大。添加10%的TiB_(2)颗粒后,室温条件下(24℃)合金的抗拉强度、屈服强度和弹性模量分别由155 MPa、103 MPa和75.2 GPa增加到206 MPa、133 MPa和89.3 GPa;200℃条件下合金的抗拉强度、屈服强度和弹性模量分别由112 MPa、70 MPa和68.5 GPa增加到137 MPa、89 MPa和81.2 GPa。Al-Si alloys have been widely used in fields such as aerospace and transportation due to the excellent cast⁃ability,corrosion resistance,and desirable mechanical properties.In recent years,with the continuous development of technology,higher requirements have been put forward for the heat resistance performance of Al-Si alloys.Effects of in-situ TiB_(2) particles on microstructure and properties of AlSi10Mg alloy at room temperature and high temperature were investigated.The results indicate that the introduction of in-situ TiB_(2) particles can not only act as the heteroge⁃neous nucleation ofα-Al to refine the matrix grains,but also inhibit the growth of eutectic Si,modifying eutectic Si.Furthermore,the tensile strength,yield strength,and elastic modulus of the alloy are increased with the increase of TiB_(2) particle content.After adding 10%TiB_(2) particles,the tensile strength,yield strength,and elastic modulus of the alloy at room temperature(24℃)are increased from 155 MPa,103 MPa,and 75.2 GPa to 206 MPa,133 MPa,and 89.3 GPa,respectively.The tensile strength,yield strength,and elastic modulus of the alloy are increased from 112 MPa,70 MPa,and 68.5 GPa to 137 MPa,89 MPa,and 81.2 GPa at 200℃,respectively.
