摘 要:利用ProCAST软件的CAFE模块模拟了Ti-6Al-4V合金的凝固晶粒组织,并采用精密铸造工艺制备阶梯试样来验证和评价模拟结果。模拟发现铸件表面晶粒呈柱状晶,到铸件心部转化成等轴晶,平均晶粒直径随着壁厚增加而增大,晶粒分布形态与试验结果一致。平均晶粒直径模拟结果与实际吻合率达80%~99%,符合工程应用预期。The CAFE module in ProCAST software was utilized to simulate the solidification grain structure of Ti6Al-4V alloy,and the step specimen was prepared by investment casting to verify and evaluate the simulation results.The simulation results indicate that the structure presents columnar grains on the surface,which is transformed into equiaxed grains at the center of the casting.The average grain diameter is increased with the increase of wall thickness,and the grain distribution is consistent with the experimental results.The coincidence rate of simulated average grain diameter with the actual results reaches 80%~99%,meeting the engineering application expectation.
