摘　　要：在构建新发展格局的背景下,充分发挥国内市场优势和内需潜力,鼓励在区域间共享、扩散国家价值链分工发展红利,对于中国统筹区域协调发展和构筑高水平开放的经济体系而言具有重要意义。本文探讨了流通产业关联视角下国家价值链分工的空间溢出效应,并从供给和需求角度区分了流通产业上游关联和下游关联溢出机制。研究发现,国家价值链分工通过流通产业上游、下游关联产生了显著的空间溢出效应;考虑地理距离后发现流通产业上游关联溢出机制的辐射范围存在空间边界,呈现明显的“局域性”特征。进一步纳入多中心空间结构的结果显示,在省域间和省域内部培育、发展多中心城市网络能够促进流通产业上游关联溢出作用的有效发挥,从而“放大”了国家价值链分工的空间溢出效应。本文为畅通国内经济大循环的路径选择提供了新视角,研究结论对加快形成区域间流通网络的紧密联结,以高效的产业联动机制统筹区域经济协调发展提供了启示。Amidst China's accelerated endeavor to construct the double development dynamic,there is a concerted effort to fully leverage the advantages inherent within the domestic market and the latent potential of domestic demand.An essential component of this strategic initiative is the encouragement of sharing and dissemination of dividends derived from National Value Chains(NVCs)across regions,which holds paramount importance in fostering a trajectory of balanced and high-quality economic development.The 14th Five-Year Plan for the Construction of a Modernized Circulation System underscores the imperative of leveraging national advantageous resources,industries,and consumption clusters to expedite the strategic deployment of circulation fulcrum cities.This blueprint aims to interlink these cities to form a contemporary circulation network consisting of the fulcrum cities and backbone circulation corridors.Different from the existing literature which mainly investigates the“spatial spillover effect”within the framework of geographical proximity or factor flow,this paper integrates the ongoing evolution of the modern circulation system,and scrutinizes the specific manifestation of the spatial spillover effect arising from NVCs,with a nuanced focus on the correlation within the circulation industry.This paper discusses the spatial spillover effects of NVCs from the perspective of circulation industry linkages,discerning the spillover mechanisms inherent in the upstream and downstream linkages of the circulation industry.Empirical findings illuminate that NvCs engender significant spatial spillover effects through both upstream and downstream linkages of the circulation industry.Moreover,upon broadening the analytical lens to encompass geographical distance,the results elucidate the spatial boundary within the radiation scope of the circulation industry's upstream linkages spillover mechanism.Further incorporating the polycentric spatial structure,the study reveals that the polycentric urban network at both interregion
