摘　　要：乡村现代化是中国式现代化的重要组成,乡村治理现代化是现代化发展成果在乡村治理领域的集成反映,在社会主义现代化强国建设中居于重要地位。当前,乡村治理研究的关注重点集中在治理体制、治理模式等表观秩序问题上,大多未能触及治理的本体含义。从本质上把握乡村治理现代化的前景,核心是把握乡村治理活动建基于其上的社会基础和制度平台的特征、规律与趋势,平台因素与治理活动的勾连互动构成了乡村治理现代化的基础秩序。基础秩序是乡村治理“内生的锚”,基础秩序完成现代转型之后,乡村治理现代化将是水到渠成的结果。推进乡村治理现代化,必须深入把握农民形态、产权制度和空间布局等因素所引发的基础秩序变动,深刻认识其中的政治经济逻辑并作出必要的政策干预。Rural modernization is an important component of Chinese modernization.The modernization of rural governance is an integrated reflection of the achievements of modernization development in the field of rural governance,and plays an important role in the construction of the great modern socialist country.The current research on rural governance focuses on superficial order issues such as governance system and governance model,and most of them fail to touch the ontological meaning of governance.To grasp the prospect of rural governance modernization in essence,the core is to grasp the characteristics,laws and trends of the social foundation and institutional platform on which rural governance activities are based.The interaction between platform factors and governance activities constitutes the fundamental order of rural governance modernization.The fundamental order is the“endogenous anchor”of the modernization of rural governance,and after the completion of the modern transformation of the fundamental order,the modernization of rural governance will be a natural grasp the changes of fundamental order caused by factors such as farmer form,property right system and spatial distribution,deeply understand the political economics logic and make necessary policy intervention.
