五常法在手术室护理管理中的应用及其效果

摘　　要：目的探究“五常法”在手术室护理管理中的应用效果。方法2022年1月1日在成都大学附属医院手术室实施“五常法”护理管理方法,观察“五常法”护理管理实施前后手术室护理质量;并比较实施前后手术患者术后切口感染发生率及手术室工作人员护理满意度。结果与“五常法”护理管理实施前比较,实施后手术室物品完备、灭菌期限、供应及时性评分均升高(P<0.05);手术室护士手卫生知识掌握评分提高(P<0.05)、护士手卫生依从率、手部菌落合格率升高(P<0.05);手术室护士无菌意识、医护配合评分升高(P<0.05),空气细菌含量降低(P<0.05);手术患者Ⅰ~Ⅲ类术后切口感染发生率降低(P<0.05),手术室其他工作人员对手术室护理总满意度提高(P<0.05)。结论“五常法”护理管理能够改善手术室物品完备、灭菌期限、供应及时性情况,提高手术室护士对手卫生知识掌握程度、护士手卫生依从率、手部菌落合格率,提高手术室护士无菌意识和医护配合度,降低手术室空气细菌含量及术后切口感染发生率,提高手术室工作人员护理满意度。OBJECTIVE To explore the application effect of 5S management on nursing management of operating room.METHODS The 5S nursing management was carried out in the operating rooms of Chengdu University Affiliated Hospital on Jan 1,2022.The nursing quality of the operating room was observed before and after the 5S management was carried out,the incidence of postoperative incision infection and working personnel′s satisfaction with nursing were compared before and after the 5S management was carried out.RESULTS The scores of complete equipping of articles,expired period of sterilization and timely supply were significantly higher after the 5S nursing management was carried out than before it was carried out(P<0.05).The score of acquisition of hand hygiene knowledge of the operating room nurses was significantly raised(P<0.05),the hand hygiene compliance rate of the nurses and qualified rate of bacterial colonies on hands were significantly increased(P<0.05);the awareness of sterilization of the nurses and score of interworking between doctors and nursing were significantly improved(P<0.05),the colony counts in air were decreased(P<0.05);the incidence of postoperative incision infection was decreased significantly among the patients undergoing the type I-III incision surgeries(P<0.05).The total satisfaction with nursing of operating room was significantly improved among other personnel(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The 5S nursing management may improve the complete equipping of article,expired period and timely supply,raise the acquisition degree of hand hygiene knowledge,hand hygiene compliance rate and qualified rate of bacterial colony counts on hands,boost the awareness of sterilization and interworking between doctors and nurses,reduce the bacterial colony counts in the air of operating room and incidence of postoperative incision infection,and raise the other personnel′s satisfaction with nursing.
