摘　　要：仪器设备处置工作是设备全生命周期管理的最后一个环节。针对目前高校仪器设备处置存在的问题,结合南京邮电大学在处置工作中的实践经验,从完善规章制度、合理分类处置设备、规范处置流程、加强信息化建设、加强管理队伍建设等方面出发,探讨改进措施,提供策略建议,以提高仪器设备处置工作的效率,保障国有资产的安全完整。The disposition of instruments and equipments is the last part of the full life cycle management of instruments and equipment.In view of the problems existing in disposi-tion of the instruments and equipments in colleges and uni-versities,combined with the practical experience of Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications,this paper dis-cusses the improvement measures and provides strategic sug-gestions from the aspects of perfecting rules and regula-tions,reasonably classifying instruments and equipments,standardizing disposal process,strengthening information construction and strengthening management team construc-tion,which will improve the efficiency of the disposal work and ensure the safety integrity of state-owned assets.
