摘  要:数控机床电气设备的电压稳态控制的网络损耗高,导致控制效果差,提出基于PLC的数控机床电气设备电压稳态控制研究。根据电气设备等效电路,分析数控机床电气设备无功输出原理,通过压降计算原理,计算数控机床电气设备间的压降,设计电气设备电压稳态控制方案,实现数控机床电气设备的电压稳态PLC控制。实验结果表明,设计方法将数控机床电气设备网络损耗控制在25 W以内,从而保证数控机床电气设备的安全稳定运行,该方法具备可行性和有效性。The network loss of voltage steady state control of electrical equipment of NUMERICAL control machine tool is high,which leads to poor control effect.This paper presents the voltage steady-state control of electrical equipment of NC machine tools based on PLC.According to the equivalent circuit of electrical equipment,the reactive power output principle of electrical equipment of NC machine tools is analyzed.Through the principle of voltage drop calculation,the voltage drop between electrical equipment of NC machine tools is calculated.The voltage steady-state control scheme of electrical equipment is designed to realize the voltage steady-state PLC control of electrical equipment of NC machine tools.Experimental results show that the design method can control the network loss of NC machine electrical equipment within 25 W,so as to ensure the safe and stable operation of NC machine electrical equipment,the method has feasibility and effectiveness.
