摘　　要：针对IEC 61850智能变电站二次回路安全隔离中,二次装置的关联性容易给检修带来巨大的隐患,提出在构建安全隔离方案时,采用MMS协议保障与二次设备的通信。为实现基于MMS协议的通信,根据MMS报文格式及参数,构建MMS与二次设备的映射关系,同时开发MMS仿真接口,最后给出安措库,以实现对隔离方案的自动操作。In the secondary circuit safety isolation of IEC61850 intelligent substation,the relevance of the secondary device is easy to bring huge hidden danger to the maintenance.When constructing the safety isolation scheme,MMS protocol is used to guarantee the communication with the secondary device.In order to realize the communication based on MMS protocol,according to the MMS message format and parameters,the mapping relationship between MMS and secondary equipment is constructed.At the same time,the MMS simulation interface is developed.Finally,the security measures library is given to realize the automatic operation of the isolation scheme.
