祛痰化瘀消痛方联合常规西药治疗急性痛风性关节炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察祛痰化瘀消痛方联合常规西药治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床效果及对血清炎性因子的影响。方法:选取80例急性痛风性关节炎患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组予以常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予祛痰化瘀消痛方治疗。评价2组临床疗效,比较2组治疗前后症状评分、尿酸(UA)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平,并比较治疗安全性。结果:观察组总有效率为97.50%,高于对照组85.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组关节疼痛、红肿评分较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组关节疼痛、红肿评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组UA、TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6水平较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组UA、TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:祛痰化瘀消痛方联合常规西药治疗急性痛风性关节炎疗效确切,可有效改善症状,降低UA及炎性因子水平,且安全性良好。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the therapy of Qutan Huayu Xiaotong Prescription combined with routine western medicine on acute gouty arthritis and its effects on the serum inflammatory factors.Methods:A total of 80 patients with acute gouty arthritis were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine western medicine for treatment,and the observation group was additionally treated with Qutan Huayu Xiaotong Prescription based on the treatment of the control group.The clinical effects in the two groups were evaluated.The scores of symptoms,the levels of uric acid(UA),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-1β(IL-1β)and interleukin-6(IL-6)and the safety of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 97.50%in the observation group,higher than that of 85.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of joint pain and redness and swelling in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above two scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of UA,TNF-α,IL-1βand IL-6 in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above four levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significance being found in the comparison of incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Qutan Huayu Xiaotong Prescription combined with western medicine has a definite curative effect on acute gouty arthritis,which can effectively improve the symptoms and decrease the levels of UA and inflammatory factors with great safety.
