益精活血方治疗肾虚血瘀型精索静脉曲张性不育临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察益精活血方治疗肾虚血瘀型精索静脉曲张性不育的临床疗效以及对精子DNA碎片的影响。方法:选择120例精索静脉曲张性不育患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各60例。观察组给予益精活血方,对照组给予迈之灵片。比较2组治疗前后精液质量水平、精子DNA碎片指数(DFI),并比较2组临床疗效。结果:治疗后,2组精子浓度、精子前向运动、正常形态精子比例均升高(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组精子DFI均降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率83.3%,高于对照组61.7%(P<0.05)。结论:益精活血方治疗肾虚血瘀型精索静脉曲张性不育患者具有较好的临床疗效,能够明显改善患者精液质量,降低DFI水平,提高男性生殖能力。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yijing Huoxue Prescription for varicocele-induced infertility of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type and its effects on sperm DNA fragmentation.Methods:A total of 120 cases of patients with varicocele-induced infertility were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Yijing Huoxue Prescription,and the control group was treated with Maizhiling Tablets.The levels of semen quality and sperm DNA fragmentation indexes(DFI)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Clinical effects were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,sperm concentration,sperm forward motion,and proportion of normal sperm morphology in the two groups were increased(P<0.05),and the above items in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,sperm DFI in the two groups was decreased(P<0.05),and the sperm DFI in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 83.3%in the observation group,higher than that of 61.7%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yijing Huoxue Prescription has good clinical effects on patients with varicocele-induced infertility of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type,and can significantly improve sperm quality,reduce DFI levels,and enhance male reproductive ability.
