原络通经针法联合浮针治疗脾胃虚寒型慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨原络通经针法联合浮针治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)的疗效。方法:选取本院治疗的CAG患者106例,采用区组随机法分为对照组56例和观察组50例,对照组给予浮针疗法,观察组在此基础联合原络通经针法,对比两组治疗后临床疗效、治疗前后中医症候积分、GSRS评分、胃黏膜评分、PCS评分及血清GAS、MTL和SS水平变化。结果:治疗后,观察组临床疗效明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组中医症候积分、GSRS评分、胃黏膜评分及血清GAS、MTL和SS水平较治疗前均明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组降低更显著(P<0.05);治疗后两组PCS评分明显升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组升高更明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用原络通经针法联合浮针治疗CAG具有较好的疗效,能够改善临床症状。Objective:To investigate the curative effect of Yuanluo Tongjing acupuncture combined with Fu's subcutaneous needling in treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG).Methods:A total of 106 CAG patients were randomly divided into the control group(n=56)and the observation group(n=50)by block randomized method.The control group was treated with Fu's subcutaneous needling;on which basis,the observation group was also treated with Yuanluo Tongjing acupuncture.Clinical efficacy,the scores of TCM symptoms,GSRS,gastric mucosa and PCS,as well as serum levels of GAS,MTL and SS were compared between the two groups after the treatment.Results:The curative effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of TCM symptoms,GSRS and gastric mucosa,as well as the serum levels of GAS,MTL and SS were significantly decreased after the treatment compared with those before the treatment in the two groups(P<0.05);the decreases were more significant in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The PCS scores were significantly increased after the treatment than those before the treatment in the two groups(P<0.05);the increases were more significant in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yuanluo Tongjing acupuncture combined with Fu's subcutaneous needling has a good curative effect in treatment of CAG,which can significantly improve clinical symptoms.
