摘  要:以某台300 MW亚临界参数锅炉为研究对象,基于其实际燃煤采用烟煤与褐煤大比例掺烧特点,开展了煤粉细度、二次风配风、变一次风量等多项燃烧优化试验。结合试验期间发现的问题及各项试验数据分析结果,提出了煤粉细度、锅炉运行氧量、二次风配比方式、一次风量等方面的锅炉运行优化建议,并指出了一次风管内风粉混合物温度偏高问题。为运行人员优化调节锅炉运行参数并提高锅炉运行安全性和经济性提供参考。It takes a 300 MW subcritical parameter boiler as the research object.Based on its actual coal combustion characteristics of using a large proportion of bituminous coal and brown coal,multiple combustion optimization test are carried out,including coal powder fineness,secondary air distribution,and variable primary air volume.Combined with the problems found during the test and the analysis results of various test data,it proposes optimization suggestions for boiler operation in terms of coal powder fineness,boiler operating oxygen content,secondary air ratio method,primary air volume and so on.It also points out the problem of high temperature of the air powder mixture in the primary air duct,which provides reference for operators to optimize and adjust boiler operation parameters and improves boiler operation safety and economy.
