摘 要:我国每年约有近百万吨二硫化碳(CS_(2))用于粘胶纤维的生产。工业上常用曝气手段去除CS_(2),然而一些CS_(2)会继续留存在水中并进入污水处理的硝化单元,影响运行效果。研究发现,短期胁迫下10 mg/L CS_(2)即显著抑制硝化污泥活性,低浓度CS_(2)(10~40 mg/L)会促进硝化污泥代谢活性和抗氧化活性,高浓度(100~200 mg/L)则会产生抑制。在长期CS_(2)(20~200 mg/L)胁迫下硝化反应被完全抑制,长期运行过程中发现硝化污泥表面有白色浑浊物,经液相色谱与XPS分析发现该白色浑浊物为单质硫,推测可能发生了CS_(2)→COS→H_(2)S→S0→SO_(3)^(2-)→SO_(4)^(2-)的同化过程。在16S rRNA分析中也发现了参与硫氧化的Actinobacteria、Sinomonas丰度升高,也验证了这一推测。About one million tons of CS_(2)is used in the production of viscose fiber in China every year.CS_(2)is often removed by aeration in industry.However,some CS_(2)remains in the water and enters the nitrification unit of wastewater treatment,affecting operational performance.It was found that 10 mg/L CS_(2)significantly inhibited nitrification sludge activity under short-term stress,low concentration of CS_(2)(10 to 40 mg/L)could promote the metabolic activity and antioxidant activity of nitrification sludge,and high concentration of CS_(2)(100 to 200 mg/L)could inhibit the activity.The nitrification reaction was completely inhibited under long-term CS_(2)stress(20 to 200 mg/L),and white turbidity was found on the surface of nitrification sludge during long-term operation.The white turbidity was analyzed as simple sulfur by liquid chromatography and XPS,and the assimilation process of CS_(2)→COS→H_(2)S→S0→SO_(3)^(2-)→SO_(4)^(2-)might occur.In 16S rRNA analysis,it was found that the abundance of Actinobacteria and Sinomonas involved in sulfur oxidation has increased,which also verified this hypothesis.
