摘 要:国际中文教育专业博士人才培养的质量关乎国际中文教育事业的提质增效发展,探索专博人才学术能力提升及学术成果转化的有效路径势在必行。研究认为,国际中文教育专业博士学术共同体是实现国际中文教育事业快速发展的助推器;是达成专博人才培养目标的坚实后盾;是专博个人学术成长的迫切需求。国际中文教育专业博士学术共同体的构建在组织、资源、环境及技术方面具备可行性,其构建路径为:共建愿景,达成“互通、共享、交流、进步”的合作理念;搭建校内外、线上线下联合课程平台及学术交流平台,创设支持专博学术发展的有利环境;通过丰富多样的培训、交流及学术实践活动,形成引领专博学术发展的内容框架;联动语合中心、高校、社会力量及专博个人等多元主体协同发展。The quality of the cultivation of the doctoral professionals majoring international Chinese education is closely related to the essential development of international Chinese education,and it is crucial to make an exploration into the plausible methods to improve the academic abilities and the practical skills of the doctoral professionals.It is held in this study that an academic community for the doctoral professionals majoring in international Chinese education is instrumental in increasing the development of international Chinese education,is the basis on which to ensure the goals of the cultivation of the doctoral professionals,and,is actually the urgent needs of the doctoral professionals in their academic careers.As it is feasible to build an academic community for the doctoral professionals in terms of organization,resources,environment and technical support,the following methods are proposed:(1)to achieve a shared vision and a cooperative idea of“interaction,sharing,communication and mutual progress”;(2)to create a facilitating environment for the academic development of the doctoral professionals by making a comprehensive use of all the platforms,both on and off campus,both online and offline;(3)to construct a framework for the academic development of the doctoral professionals by a great variety of training,communication and academic practical activities;and,(4)to make joint efforts and to carry out cooperative development by making use of the center for language education and cooperation,universities,society and the doctoral professionals themselves,etc.
