摘　　要：咳、痰、喘是呼吸科常见临床表现,可见于多系统疾病,病因广泛。特殊疾病的喘咳治疗较困难,如感冒后咳嗽、肺间质纤维化等。文章对《温病条辨》相关条文进行了梳理,发现其主要从风温、肺热、痰饮水湿、肺燥、津伤、肝肾阴亏、败血冲肺七个方面对外感温热病相关喘咳进行论述;历代对于湿证之喘咳论述较少,由于温病多夹杂痰湿,因此吴氏论述详细,补充了喘咳的证治范围。吴氏治疗喘咳并非单纯针对喘咳症状,而是针对其证候,或配伍理气止咳平喘药物如杏仁、旋覆花、桔梗、郁金、滑石等,证候解除则喘咳自止。临床内伤之人多有外感迁延不愈,外感之人多有内伤基础,因此《温病条辨》虽然为外感温热病之著作,但对于外感、内伤之喘咳均有一定借鉴意义。Cough,phlegm and asthma are common clinical manifestation in the respiratory department.It can be seen in multiple sys-tem diseases.The etiology is extensive.It is difficult to treat asthma and cough in special diseases,such as cough after cold and pulmo-nary interstitial fibrosis.In this paper,the relevant provisions of Wenbing Tiaobian sorted out it mainly discusses the asthma and cough related to exogenous febrile diseases from seven aspects as follows:wind temperature,lung heat,phlegm and water dampness,lung dry-ness,body fluid injury,liver and kidney yin deficiency,sepsis and lung.For the asthma and cough of dampness syndrome,there are few discussions in the past dynasties.Because warm diseases are mostly mixed with phlegm and dampness,Wu’s discussion is de-tailed,which supplements the scope of syndrome and treatment of asthma and cough.Wu’s treatment of asthma and cough is not sim-ply for the treatment of asthma and cough symptoms,but for its syndromes,or in combination with qi-regulating and cough-relieving and asthma-relieving drugs such as almonds,rotary flowers,Platycodon grandifloras,grandiflorum,turmeric,talc,etc.In actual clini-cal practice,internal injuries are mostly due to prolonged external infection,and most people with external infections have the basis of internal injuries.Therefore,although Wenbing Tiaobian is a work of exogenous febrile diseases,and it has certain reference signifi-cance for both external and internal injuries.
