摘　　要：补中益气汤是李东垣的代表方,由黄芪、白术、人参、升麻、柴胡、陈皮、当归、甘草8味药物组成。文章总结了李应存教授补中益气汤的临证经验。李教授认为,补中益气汤的基本功效为补气升阳,可用于治疗中气亏虚导致的多种病证。他以补中益气汤为基础方,辨证施治过敏性紫癜、脱肛、椎动脉型颈椎病、重症肌无力及过敏性鼻炎,临床效果显著,具有较高的临床推广价值。Buzhong Yiqi decoction is the representative prescription of Li Dongyuan.It is composed of eight medicines,such as as-tragalus,atractylodes macrocephala,ginseng,cohosh,bupleurum,orange peel,angelica,licorice.Based on Professor Li Yingcun’s clinical experience in using Buzhong Yiqi decoction,it is believed that the basic effect of Buzhong Yiqi decoction is to replenish qi and promote yang,which can be used to treat various diseases and syndromes caused by deficiency of qi.Professor Li treated allergic purpura,prolapse of anus,cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type,myasthenia gravis and allergic rhinitis according to syndrome differentiation based on Buzhong Yiqi decoction,which has significant clinical effect and high clinical promotion value.
