摘　　要：痤疮为多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的伴随症状,严重影响现代女性生理及心理健康。历代医家认为,痤疮多由火热内盛所致,治疗多从肺、脾、胃、肝入手,以清热、凉血为主。郑教授认为,PCOS病机以肾虚为本,以寒凝、气滞、痰瘀为标,故临床治疗以补肾为首,在此基础上结合现代中药药理学,予以温阳散寒、理气开郁、化痰散瘀药物治疗;同时给予放血和拔罐外治法,引热外出,使邪有出路,临床效果显著,明显缓解了女性患者因痤疮所致的焦虑。As a concomitant symptom of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS),acne seriously affects the physical and mental health of modern women,and successive generations of doctors believe that acne is mostly caused by fiery internal prosperity.Treatment mostly starts from the lungs,spleen and stomach,liver,and mostly focuses on clearing heat and cooling blood.Professor Zheng believes that PCOS disease’s mechanism is mostly based on kidney deficiency,cold coagulation,qi stagnation,sputum stasis as the standard,so clinical treatment is the first to supplement the kidney,on this basis combined with the modern pharmacology of traditional Chinese medicine to warm yang and dispel cold,regulate qi and open depression,resolve phlegm and disperse stasis treatment,while external treatment methods to give bloodletting therapy and cupping therapy,induce heat to go out,so that evil has a way out.The clinical ef-fect is significant,and obviously alleviate the anxiety caused by acne in female patients.
