金铃调胃汤配合深刺背俞穴治疗肝胃不和型慢性萎缩性胃炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察金铃调胃汤配合深刺背俞穴治疗肝胃不和型慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)患者的临床效果。方法选取2020年1月—2022年2月于南昌市第一医院就诊的肝胃不和型CAG患者70例,按随机数字表法分为观察组、参考组,各35例。参考组给予常规西药治疗(奥美拉唑+阿莫西林+左氧氟沙星+枸橼酸铋钾),观察组在参考组基础上给予金铃调胃汤配合深刺背俞穴治疗,对比两组临床疗效、胃肠激素[胃泌素(GAS)、胃动素(MTL)]水平及中医证候(嗳气、泛酸、痞闷、胃脘疼痛)积分。结果观察组治疗总有效率为97.14%(34/35),高于参考组的82.86%(29/35)(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组GAS、MTL水平均较参考组高,嗳气、泛酸、痞闷、胃脘疼痛积分均较参考组低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论金铃调胃汤配合深刺背俞穴治疗肝胃不和型CAG,效果较为理想,有助于促进患者胃肠功能恢复,缓解临床症状。Objective To explore the curative effect of Jinling Tiaowei decoction combined with deep stab back-shu point in the treat-ment of chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)with disharmony of liver and stomach type.Methods From January 2020 to February 2022,70 CAG patients with disharmony of liver and stomach type treated in Nanchang First Hospital were selected as the observation ob-jects and divided into observation group of 35 cases and control group of 35 cases according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine(omeprazole+amoxicillin+levofloxacin+bismuth potassium citrate),and the observation group was treated with Jinling Tiaowei decoction combined with deep stab back-shu point on the basis of the con-trol group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.The levels of gastrointestinal hormones[gastrin(GAS),motilin(MTL)]and the scores of TCM syndroms(belching,pantothenic acid,irritability and epigastric pain)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.14%(34/35),which was higher than that of the control group(82.86%,29/35)(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of GAS and MTL in the observation group were higher than those in the reference group,and the scores of belching,pantothenic acid,congestion and gastric epigastric pain were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Jinling Tiaowei decoction combined with deep stab back-shu point in the treatment of CAG with with disharmony of liver and stomach type is effective,which can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function and alleviate the clinical symptoms.
