扶正理气汤联合吴茱萸烫熨对剖宫产患者术后胃肠功能恢复的影响  

Effect of Fuzheng Liqi Decoction Combined with Evodia Rutaecarpa Ironing on Gastrointestinal Function Recovery of Patients after Cesarean Section

摘　　要：目的探讨剖宫产患者术后应用扶正理气汤联合吴茱萸烫熨对胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法采用随机数字表法将2019年4月—2021年5月于高安市中医院行剖宫产术的76例患者分为两组,每组38例。对照组术后给予吴茱萸烫熨法治疗,观察组术后加服扶正理气汤治疗,均连续治疗2~3 d。比较两组胃肠功能恢复效果,胃肠功能相关指标恢复时间,术后腹胀、腹痛、胃肠反应程度及不良反应情况。结果观察组胃肠功能恢复总有效率为100.00%(38/38),高于对照组的84.21%(32/38);首次排气、排便时间及肠鸣音恢复时间较对照组短,术后48 h、72 h腹胀、腹痛及胃肠反应程度评分较对照组低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未见明显不良反应。结论剖宫产术后患者应用扶正理气汤联合吴茱萸烫熨,可促进胃肠功能恢复,减轻术后腹胀、腹痛及胃肠反应程度,且安全可靠,值得推广。Objective To investigate the effect of Fuzheng Liqi decoction combined with Evodia rutaecarpa ironing on gastrointestinal function recovery in patients after cesarean section.Methods A total of 76 cases of cesarean section performed in Gao’an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2019 to May 2021 were randomly divided into two groups,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Evodia rutaecarpa ironing after operation,and the observation group was treated with Fuzheng Liqi de-coction after operation on the basis of the control group.Both of which were treated continuously for 2-3 days.The recovery effect of gastrointestinal function,recovery time of gastrointestinal function related indicators,postoperative abdominal distension,abdominal pain,degree of gastrointestinal reaction and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of gastrointestinal function recovery in the observation group was 100.00%(38/38),which was higher than that in the control group(84.21%,32/38).The time of first exhaust,defecation and bowel sound recovery was shorter than that of control group,and the scores of abdominal distension,abdominal pain and gastrointestinal reaction at 48 h and 72 h after operation were lower than those of control group,and the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).No obvious adverse reactions were observed in both groups.Conclu-sion The combination of Fuzheng Liqi decoction and Evodia rutaecarpa ironing can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function,reduce postoperative abdominal distension,abdominal pain and gastrointestinal reaction in patients with cesarean section,and it is safe and reliable,which is worthy of promotion.
