苗药艾纳香生药学研究

摘　　要：目的研究苗药艾纳香的性状及显微特征,为其生药学鉴别提供理论依据。方法采用性状、显微鉴别法研究苗药艾纳香的生药学特性。结果艾纳香的叶中脉在上、下表面均凸起,侧脉10~15对,完整叶片展平后两侧有狭线形裂片;其中柱鞘纤维呈半圆形,常由6~10列厚壁细胞紧密结合。假东风草(滇桂艾纳香)两面无毛或被疏柔毛,中脉仅在下表面凸起,侧脉5~7对,两侧无狭线形裂片;其半圆形中柱鞘纤维仅由2~3列厚壁细胞组成,包裹整个韧皮部和木质部。假东风草维管束鞘呈半圆形,较艾纳香窄。艾纳香叶下表皮腺毛和非腺毛的长度及数量均较假东风草叶多,假东风草叶上表皮细胞略呈多角形,艾纳香叶上表皮由类长方形排列紧密的细胞组成,垂周壁较平直,较少气孔。两种基原药材的粉末无明显区别。结论艾纳香、假东风草两种基原植物在药材性状和显微特征方面均具有显著的形态学规律,对其作真伪鉴别具有实际意义,可以作为艾纳香药材鉴定的理论依据。Objective To study the characters and microscopic characteristics of Ainaxiang of Miao ethnic drug,and to provide theo-retical basis for its pharmacognosy identification.Methods The middle veins of the Ainaxiang leaves are raised on both the upper and lower surfaces,and the lateral veins are 10-15 pairs.There are narrow linear lobes on both sides of the intact leaves after flattening.The columnar sheath fibers are semicircular and are often tightly bound by 6-10 rows of sclerenchyma cells.For Dian and Gui Ainax-iang,the two sides are hairless or sparsely pilose,the midvein is raised only on the lower surface,the lateral veins are 5-7 pairs,and the two sides have no narrow linear lobes.The semicircular sheath fibers consist of only 2-3 rows of sclerenchyma cells,which envel-ops the whole phloem and xylem.The vascular bundle sheath of Dian and Gui Ainaxiang was semicircular and narrower than that of Einar.For Ainaxiang,the length and number of glandular hair and non-glandular hair in the lower epidermis of the leaves were more than that of the leaves of the leaves.The upper epidermis of the leaves of the leaves of the leaves was slightly polygonal.The upper epi-dermis of the leaves of the leaves of the leaves was composed of rectangular-like cells closely arranged,and the vertical walls of the leaves were relatively straight with fewer stomata.Conclusion The two basic plants of Ainaxiang and Dian and Gui Ainaxiang have ob-vious morphological rules in the characters and microscopic characteristics of medicinal materials,which is of practical significance for their authenticity identification,and can be used as the theoretical basis for the identification of medicinal materials.
