摘　　要：文章探讨了中医护理手段如耳穴压豆、穴位贴敷、药枕等在骨质疏松患者康复治疗中的应用和疗效评价,详细分析了护理操作规范和注意事项,总结了饮食、用药、运动等相关护理要点,并强调了护理宣教和心理教育工作的重要性。通过深化护理研究、培养人才、运用信息技术和多学科团队协作,提供更全面、有效的康复护理服务,以提高患者生活质量和康复效果。This paper explored the application and efficacy evaluation of traditional Chinese nursing methods,such as auricular point pressing,acupuncture point application,herbal pillows,etc.,in the rehabilitation treatment of osteoporosis patients,analyzed the nurs-ing operation norms and precautions in detail,summarized the diet,medication,exercise and other related nursing points,and empha-sized the importance of nursing education and psychological education.Through deepening nursing research,training talents,using in-formation technology and multidisciplinary team cooperation,more comprehensive and effective rehabilitation nursing services were provided to improve patients’quality of life and rehabilitation effects.
