中医辨证护理联合耳穴压豆对甲亢的效果分析

摘　　要：目的观察中医辨证护理联合耳穴压豆对甲状腺功能亢进症(以下简称“甲亢”)患者的疗效。方法将江西省景德镇市中医院收治的甲亢患者60例作为研究对象,分为对照组和干预组,对照组采用常规护理,干预组采用中医辨证护理联合耳穴压豆。比较两组疗效、情绪状况、睡眠质量、生活质量及护理满意度。结果干预组总有效率83.33%(25/30)高于对照组的53.33%(16/30)(P<0.05)。干预组护理总满意度90.00%(27/30)高于对照组的56.67%(17/30)(P<0.05)。干预后,干预组汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分低于对照组(P<0.05),生活质量量表(SF-36)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医辨证护理联合耳穴压豆干预甲亢,可以提高临床疗效,改善患者情绪及睡眠,提高其生活质量。Objective To observe the efficacy and effect of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation nursing combined with auricular point pressing bean on hyperthyroidism.Methods Sixty patients with hyperthyroidism treated in Jingdezhen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were divided into control group and intervention group.The control group was treated with routine nurs-ing,and the intervention group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation nursing combined with auricu-lar point pressing bean.The efficacy,emotional status,sleep quality,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were com-pared.Results The total effective rate of the intervention group was 83.33%(25/30),which was higher than that of the control group(53.33%,16/30)(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction in the intervention group was 90.00%(27/30),which was higher than that in the control group(56.67%,17/30)(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),Hamilton Anxi-ety Scale(HAMA)and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the scores of SF-36 in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation nursing combined with auricular point pressing bean can improve the curative effect,im-prove mood and sleep,and improve the quality of life of patients with hyperthyroidism.
