摘　　要：通过发放调查问卷、实地走访等形式调研63家行业企业、10所高等院校,分析其人才构成、人才需求、岗位需要、专业建设、招生就业、实习实训等情况,并从专业建设、师资建设、课程建设、实践教学、人才培养等方面给出调研结论和对策。根据调研结果,学校在专业建设方面,应根据社会需求做好专业结构调整;在人才需求方面,需要加强教师的教学水平、实践技能;在课程建设方面,应调整实践课程设置,通过“精品课程”“资源共享课程”等形式加强专业课程建设;在实践教学方面,应切实加强实验实训基地建设;在人才培养方面,应培养临床医学专业的学生迅速融入国际医学服务和临床科研之中。Through the questionnaire survey,field visits and other forms of research 63 industry enterprises,10 institutions of higher learning,research on the talent structure,demand,post needs,professional construction,admissions,employment,practice and in the specialty construction and teaching staff construction,course construction,teaching practice,aspects and so on personnel training re-search conclusions and countermeasures were presented.According to the research result of specialty construction,the school should adjust the specialty structure according to the social demand.According to the talent demand survey results,the school needs to strengthen the teaching level of teachers,practical skills.According to the survey results of curriculum construction,the school should adjust the practical curriculum and strengthen the professional curriculum construction through the construction of“excellent curricu-lum”and“resource-sharing curriculum”.According to the research results of practical teaching,the university should strengthen the construction of experimental and practical training base.According to the results of the talent training survey,the university should train students majoring in clinical medicine to quickly integrate into international medical services and clinical research.
