椎动脉彩超在无症状椎动脉中度狭窄患者治疗监测中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨椎动脉彩超在无症状椎动脉中度狭窄患者治疗监测中的应用价值。方法:选择2021年8月—2023年2月我院收治的无症状椎动脉中度狭窄患者30例作为研究对象。入组患者均行规范化药物治疗+健康指导,治疗前、治疗6个月后均行椎动脉多普勒彩色超声(彩超)。比较治疗前、治疗6个月后椎动脉管径,椎动脉粥样硬化斑块性质、形态以及血流动力学指标。结果:治疗前后入组患者的椎动脉管径及椎动脉粥样硬化斑块性质、形态均无明显差异(P>0.05)。治疗后PSV、EDV、PI、RI指标有所好转,但与治疗前相比无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:椎动脉彩超在无症状椎动脉中度狭窄患者治疗监测中具有较好的应用效果,规范化药物治疗+健康指导可以有效控制无症状椎动脉中度狭窄患者的病情进展。Objective:To investigate the application value of vertebral artery color ultrasound in the treatment and monitoring of asymptomatic moderate vertebral artery stenosis.Methods:Thirty patients with asymptomatic moderate vertebral artery stenosis admitted to our hospital from August 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects.All enrolled patients received standardized drug therapy+health guidance,and vertebral artery Doppler color ultrasound(color ultrasound)was performed before treatment and 6 months after treatment.The vertebral artery diameter,the nature,morphology and hemodynamics of vertebral atherosclerotic plaque were compared before and after 6 months of treatment.Results:There were no significant differences in vertebral artery diameter and the nature and shape of vertebral atherosclerotic plaque before and after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,PSV,EDV,PI and RI indexes of the two groups were improved,but there was no significant difference compared with before treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:Vertebral artery color Doppler ultrasound has a good effect in the treatment and monitoring of asymptomatic moderate vertebral artery stenosis patients.Standardized drug therapy plus health guidance can effectively control the progression of asymptomatic moderate vertebral artery stenosis patients.
