自拟疏风化痰方联合穴位贴敷治疗风邪犯肺型变应性咳嗽的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:自拟疏风化痰方联合穴位贴敷治疗风邪犯肺型变应性咳嗽的临床观察。方法:选取2022年10月—2024年4月江门市新会人民医院门诊诊治的60例风邪犯肺型变应性咳嗽患者为研究对象,所有病例按随机平行对照原则分为两组,其中观察组30例,对照组30例,对照组给予氯雷他定片,观察组在对照组基础上加自拟疏风化痰方联合穴位贴敷,对两组临床症状、炎性因子、不良反应进行比较。结果:观察组中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组炎症因子水平低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组不良反应发生率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:自拟疏风化痰方联合穴位贴敷治疗风邪犯肺型变应性咳嗽,不仅能够快速控制患者临床症状,还能抑制体内炎症因子释放,进而促进病情恢复,且不会增加不良反应发生的风险,值得临床推广。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Shufeng Huatan prescription combined with acupoint application on pulmonary allergic cough caused by wind evil.Methods:Sixty patients with wind evil invading lung type allergic cough who were treated in the outpatient department of Xinhui People’s Hospital in Jiangmen City from October 2022 to April 2024 were selected as the research subjects.All cases were randomly divided into two groups according to the parallel control principle,including an observation group of 30 cases and a control group of 30 cases.The control group was given loratadine tablets,and the observation group added a self-designed Shufengtan formula combined with acupoint application on the basis of the control group.The clinical symptoms,inflammatory factors,and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results:The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The levels of inflammatory factors in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group aftertreatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of self-designed Shufengtan formula and acupoint application for the treatment of wind evil invading lung type allergic cough can not only quickly control the clinical symptoms of patients,but also inhibit the release of inflammatory factors in the body,thereby promoting disease recovery without increasing the risk of adverse reactions.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
