早孕期血压高值对妊娠期高血压疾病的影响及相关危险因素分析

摘　　要：目的:早孕期血压高值对妊娠期高血压疾病的影响及相关危险因素分析。方法:以2020年1月至2020年12月期间在我院就诊的早孕期血压高值孕妇120例作为观察组。并选取同期在我院接受常规孕检的血压正常孕妇120例作为对照组,记录所有参与研究者的基本资料以及相关指标值,并对其进行跟踪随访,记录其妊娠期高血压疾病发生情况。对其开展单因素与Logistic多因素分析,分析影响早孕期血压高值发生的因素。结果:单因素分析得出,两组孕妇的年龄、最高学历、HDL、UA以及FPG对比,无显著差异(P>0.05);观察组初产率、孕前BMI≥25kg/m^(2)率、LDL、TG与TC值显著高于对照组(P<0.05);产次、孕前BMI、LDL、TG与TC均为影响早孕期血压高值发生的危险因素(P<0.05);经Logistic多因素分析后结果表明,孕前BMI、初产与TG均是诱发早孕期血压高值发生的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:早孕期血压高值后期发展为妊娠期高血压疾病风险更高,其中孕早期TG水平、初产、孕前BMI≥25kg/m^(2)为诱发早孕期血压高发生的主要因素。Objective:To analyze the impact of high blood pressure values during early pregnancy on hypertensive disorders of pregnancy and related risk factors.Methods:A total of 120 pregnant women with high blood pressure during early pregnancy who visited our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the observation group.Another 120 pregnant women with normal blood pressure during the same period who underwent routine pregnancy check-ups at our hospital were selected as the control group.The basic information and related indicators of all participants were recorded,followed by a follow-up to record the incidence of hypertensive disorders during pregnancy.Univariate and Logistic multivariate analyses were conducted to analyze the factors affecting high blood pressure during early pregnancy.Results:Univariate analysis showed that there were no significant differences between the two groups in terms of age,highest education level,HDL,UA,and FPG(P>0.05).The rates of primiparity,pre-pregnancy BMI≥25kg/m^(2),LDL,TG,and TC values in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The number of pregnancies,pre-pregnancy BMI,LDL,TG,and TC were risk factors for high blood pressure during early pregnancy(P<0.05).Logistic multivariate analysis showed that pre-pregnancy BMI,primiparity,and TG were risk factors for the occurrence of high blood pressure during early pregnancy(P<0.05).Conclusion:The risk of developing hypertensive disorders during pregnancy is higher for women with high blood pressure values during early pregnancy,with early pregnancy TG levels,primiparity,and pre-pregnancy BMI≥25kg/m^(2) being the main factors inducing high blood pressure during early pregnancy.
