摘　　要：针对客车车身涂装过程中底漆附着力不良问题,根据附着力原理,从涂装材料、涂装前表面处理和涂装工艺出发,分析影响底漆附着力的因素,并提出提升措施。For the problem of poor adhesion of the primer on the bus body existing in the painting process,this paper analyzes the influence factors according to the adhesion mechanism from several aspects like coat-ing,surface treatment,and painting process,and proposes promotion measures.
