装配式腹板开孔耗能支撑框架结构的抗震性能研究

摘  要:装配式腹板开孔耗能支撑是由螺栓将传力槽钢与腹板开孔耗能工字形钢连接组合而成,耗能板件在震后易于替换。将其替换中心支撑框架结构中的支撑斜杆,可有效避免支撑斜杆失稳,使结构具有较好的耗能性能。采用ABAQUS软件,对其建立有限元模型,分析了不同参数对滞回性能、结构刚度和承载力的影响。有限元分析结果表明:装配式腹板开孔耗能支撑框架结构主要通过耗能板的孔间板件进入塑性耗能,应力多数集中在孔间板件的两端;随着加载等级的提高,孔间短柱的塑性累积逐渐增加,并向中间部位拓展,结构整体滞回曲线饱满,耗能能力较好;耗能板件的厚度越大,其承载能力和初始刚度越大,变形有所下降;改变耗能板件的宽度对板件开孔形式为椭圆孔的影响较大;孔间板件的宽度越大,其承载力和耗能能力越大。Energy-consuming support for prefabricated abdominal plates is composed of bolts that connect the power-shaped steel with the web perforated energy dissipation i-shaped steel,and the energy consuming panels are easily replaced after an earthquake.The panels are used to replace the supporting diagonal rod in the supporting frame structure of the center support frame,effectively avoiding the discharge of the supporting diagonal rod,therefore the structure has better energy consumption performance.The ABAQUS software is used to establish a finite element model,and the effects of different parameters on stagnation performance,structural stiffness and bearing capacity of different parameters are analyzed.The results of the finite element analysis show that the structure of the open-hole opening of the prefabricated abdomen plate enters into plastic energy consumption mainly through the pores of the energy-consuming plate,and most of the stress are concentrated on the two ends of the pores;with the improvement of the loading level,the accumulation of the short-column in the hole gradually increases and expands to the middle part,thus the overall structure of the structure is full and the energy consumption capacity is better.The larger the thickness of the energy consumption is,the greater the carrying capacity and initial stiffness will be,and the deformation will be less.The decline of the width of the energy consumption board has a greater impact on the openings of the plate parts;the larger the width of the panels of the hole is,the greater the load capacity and energy consumption capacity will be.
