摘　　要：高校毕业生就业质量不仅是衡量高校学生就业指导工作的重要指标,也是反映学校人才培养效果的重要指标。那如何科学、客观、合理、有效地评价高校毕业生的就业质量就尤为重要,针对高校毕业生就业质量的特点,运用模糊层次分析法建立一套评价指标体系,说明模型的可行性和有效性。The employment quality of college graduates is not only an important indicator to measure the employment guidance of college students,but also an important indicator to reflect the effect of school personnel training.How to scientifically,objectively,reasonably and effectively evaluate the employment quality of college graduates is particularly important.In this paper,a set of evaluation index systems is established by using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the model according to the characteristics of the employment quality of college graduates.
