Endobutton带袢钢板与锁骨钩钢板内固定在肩锁关节脱位中的应用对比分析

摘　　要：目的比较Endobutton带袢钢板与锁骨钩钢板内固定(CHP)在肩锁关节脱位(AJD)患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院收治的AJD患者90例,按照随机数字表分组,每组45例。对照组采取CHP内固定治疗,观察组采取Endobutton带袢钢板内固定治疗。针对两组手术时间、出血量、住院时间、美国肩肘外科协会评分(ASES)及术后并发症予以比较。结果两组手术时间、出血量与住院时间比较,P>0.05。术后6个月时,两组ASES评分及并发症发生率比较,P均<0.05。结论与CHP内固定相比,Endobutton带袢钢板能够有效改善AJD患者的肩关节功能,减少术后并发症风险。Objective To compare the application effect of Endobutton loop plate and clavicular hook plate(CHP)in patients with acromioclavicular joint dislocation(AJD).Methods 90 AJD patients were selected and randomly divided into two groups,45 cases in each group.The control group received CHP internal fixation treatment,while the observation group received Endobutton loop steel plate internal fixation.The surgical time,bleeding volume,hospitalization time,ASES score,and postoperative complications between the two groups were compared.Results In the comparison of surgical time,bleeding volume,and hospitalization time,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).6 months after surgery,the comparison of ASES scores and incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups were P<0.05.Conclusion Compared with CHP internal fixation,Endobutton loop plate can effectively improve shoulder joint function,reduce the risk of postoperative complications,and has clinical promotion value for AJD patients.
