摘 要:在相同的聚合和纺丝工艺条件下,配制同等浓度的六种油剂进行油剂试验,并将油剂实验原丝配送至碳化,在碳化相同工艺条件下进行碳化处理。通过对油剂试验原丝以及相应碳纤维的表观质量、力学性能等数据进行对比分析,研究使用不同油剂对高性能PAN原丝和碳纤维性能的影响。结果表明,油剂粒径不同对原丝的含油率有一定的影响,不同的油剂对碳纤维的力学性能也有一定的影响。Under the same polymerization and spinning process conditions,six oiling agents with the same concentration were prepared for oiling agent test,and the experimental fibes were distributed to carbonization for treatment under the same carbonization process conditions.The effects of different oiling agents on the high performance PAN precursors and carbon fibers were studied by comparing and analyzing the data of apparent mass and mechanical properties.The results show that the oiling agent particle size has a certain effect on the oil content of the precursor,and the mechanical properties of carbon fiber are also affected by different oling agents.
