摘 要:聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)是一类性能优异的膜材料,但膜表面的疏水性易引发膜污染,阻碍了其在污水处理方面的实际应用。为了提高PVDF的表面亲水性,合成了3种不同粒径的共聚微球,将其与PVDF共混后再在膜表面接枝聚乙烯亚胺,制备了聚乙烯亚胺接枝/微球共混改性PVDF膜。对改性后的PVDF膜进行了FTIR、XPS、SEM、Zeta电位等分析测试,考察了该膜的油水分离性能、抗蛋白质污染性能及对染料的吸附、截留性能。结果表明改性膜具有亲水性和水下疏油性,对油水乳液的分离率在99%以上;具有抗蛋白质污染性,牛血清蛋白过滤后通量恢复率可达99.3%;能够吸附和截留阴离子染料,对刚果红染料的截留率在90%以上。Polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)is a kind of membrane material with excellent performance.However,the hydrophobicity of the membrane surface can easily lead to membrane fouling,which hinders its practical applica-tion in wastewater treatment.In order to improve the surface hydrophilicity of PVDF,three kinds of copolymer micro-spheres with different particle sizes were synthesized,and then polyethyleneimine was grafted on the surface of the membrane.The PVDF membrane modified by polyethyleneimine grafting/microsphere blending was tested by FTIR,XPS,SEM,Zeta potential and other analysis tests.The oil-water separation performance,protein contamination re-sistance,and dye adsorption and retention performance of the membrane were investigated.The results showed that the modified membrane was hydrophilic and oleophobic underwater,and the separation efficiency of oil-water emul-sion was above 99%.The membrane was resistant to protein pollution,and the flux recovery rate of bovine serum al-bumin after filtration could reach 99.3%.It could adsorb and intercept anionic dyes,and the interception rate of Congo red dye was above 90%.
