摘 要:为了解决传统输电线路规划方法存在的网损电量较大、规划效果不佳的问题,设计了考虑电量出力行为的输电线路规划方法。首先,通过非线性方程拟合,建立了电量出力行为约束条件。然后,通过计算电网潮流量的方式,完成了电量出力行为量化计算。最后,根据电量出力行为的数值水平,确定静态电压灵敏度指标的数值水平;联合规划系数修正表达式,实现了输电线路规划方法设计。对比试验结果表明:所提方法可以准确计算35 kV、110 kV电网组织中的电量出力行为,能够将网损电量控制在既定数值标准之下。应用此方法规划电力网络输电线路,能够有效控制网损电量,实现对应用电网的合理规划。该方法满足实际应用需求。To solve the problems of large network loss power and poor planning effect that exist in traditional transmission line planning methods,the transmission line planning method considering power output behavior is designed.Firstly,the power output behavior constraints are established through nonlinear equation ftting.Then,the quantitative calculation of power output behavior is completed by calculating the grid current volume.Finally,according to the numerical level of the power output behavior,the numerical level of the static voltage sensitivity index is determined,and the modified expression of the planning coefficient is united to realize the design of the transmission line planning method.The results of comparative tests show that the proposed method can accurately calculate the power output behavior in 35 kV and 110 kV grid organizations,and is able to control the network loss power under the established numerical standards.The application of this method to plan power network transmission lines can effectively control the amount of network loss,realize the rational planning of the application of the power grid.The method can meet the practical application requirements.
