摘　　要：作为人工智能技术前沿,大模型具有涌现性、可编辑性与生成性,在创新创业活动中扮演着广泛且重要的角色。本文全面阐释了大模型对创业过程的系统性冲击,据此提出了大模型创业范式新概念。大模型创业是指创业者与大模型协同完成机会利用与开发的过程。在大模型的支持下,海量创业新机会将快速涌现,不依赖于创业者的发现或创造。系统资源将依据实时需要高效编辑,进而取代即兴化资源拼凑活动。人机协同混合创业者将取代单一人类创业者,创业认知与行动能力将获得全方位增强。与传统创业范式相比,大模型创业范式更具迅捷性、数智性、低成本性与易迁移性,从根本上改变价值创造进程,将极大推动大模型经济新时代的到来。As the frontier of artificial intelligence,the large language models have the capability of processing dense,editable,and generative data,playing an extensive and crucial role in innovation and entrepreneurship.This article explains how the large language models exert their impact on the entrepreneurial process and proposes a novel paradigm of entrepreneurship with the large language models.Entrepreneurship with large language models refers to the collaborative process between en-trepreneurs and the large language models in creating and developing opportunities.With the sup-port of the large language models,many entrepreneurial opportunities may swiftly emerge to save entrepreneurs'own time to search for them.Systematic resources will be efficiently edited based on real-time needs to replace the improvisational patchwork.The collaboration between human and ma-chine will certainly enhance entrepreneurial cognition and action comprehensively.
