摘　　要：经纱采用73.8 tex棉纱,纬纱采用77.7 dtex/44.4 tex涤氨包覆纱及18.45 tex×2棉股线,排列比为1∶2,开发了一种高弹舒适运动绷带面料。详细介绍了原料选用和产品设计,并对主要生产工序,如整经与剑杆织造的生产工艺及其技术措施进行了全面分析。该产品原料搭配合适,生产工艺合理,产品坯布织造效率达92%,下机一等品率达85%,入库一等品率大于98%。经检测,成品各项指标均能达到运动绷带的活动性、保护性、恢复性及舒适性等性能要求。A high elastic and comfortable sports bandage fabric is developed with the warp made of 73.8 tex cotton yarn,and the weft made of 77.7 dtex/44.4 tex polyester spandex wrapped yarn and 18.45 tex×2 cotton polyester yarn,arranged in a ratio of 1:2.The selection of raw materials and the design of products are introduced in detail,and the main production processes,such as warping and rapier weaving,and their technical measures are analyzed.The raw materials combination is appropriate,the production process is reasonable,the weaving efficiency of grey fabric can reach 92%,the first-class goods of next machine can reach 85%,and the first-class goods of storage can reach 98%.The finished product cad meet the performance requirements of sports bandage,such as mobility,protection,recovery and comfort.
