摘  要:为了设计一种凹凸立体感较强的色织方格织物,在方格组织设计原理的基础上进行改进,将方格效应融入平纹组织和蜂巢组织中,进行组织设计和小样试织。结果表明:该方格织物具有平纹和蜂巢的特点,松紧适度;蜂巢组织中的经纬浮长线使方格织物具备凹凸效果;平纹组织相对硬挺,形成了稳定的骨架结构;同时利用经纬纱的颜色搭配使织物呈现出格子效果。In order to design a kind of yarn-dyed square fabric with strong sense of concave-convex and three-dimensional,improvements are made based on the principle of checkered weave design.The checkered effect is integrated into plain and honeycomb texture,and the weave design and sample trial weaving are carried out.The results show that the checkered fabric has the characteristics of plain and honeycomb texture,with moderate tightness.The warp and weft floating long lines in the honeycomb fabric impart the checkered fabric a good concave-convex effect.The plain fabric is relatively stiff,forming a stable skeleton structure.At the same time,utilizing the color combination of warp and weft yarns to create a checkered effect on the fabric.
