摘 要:目的分析广东省珠海市金湾区居民伤害死亡流行特征和变化趋势,为制定防控策略提供科学依据。方法采用描述流行病学方法,收集2017—2022年金湾区户籍居民伤害死亡资料,开展流行特征分析,运用对数线性模型分析伤害死亡趋势。结果共报告伤害死亡359例,年均伤害死亡率为33.01/10万,标化死亡率为30.53/10万,占全死因死亡总数的8.40%,居全死因顺位的第5位。伤害死亡原因顺位前5位为道路交通事故(9.56/10万)、意外跌落(8.09/10万)、自杀及后遗症(5.52/10万)、溺水(3.22/10万)、意外中毒(1.10/10万),不同年度居民伤害、道路交通事故、意外跌落、自杀及后遗症、溺水、意外中毒的死亡率均呈平稳态势,年度变化差异均没有统计学意义(P均>0.05)。男性伤害死亡率(39.94/10万)高于女性(25.91/10万),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=16.215,P<0.05),男性伤害死亡原因顺位前3位为道路交通事故(12.89/10万)、意外跌落(8.17/10万)、自杀及后遗症(6.72/10万),女性伤害死亡原因顺位前3位为意外跌落(8.01/10万)、道路交通事故(6.15/10万)、自杀及后遗症(4.29/10万);0~<15岁组、≥60岁组的首位伤害死亡原因分别为溺水(3.76/10万)、意外跌倒(48.11/10万),15~<35岁和35~<60岁组的首位伤害死亡原因均为道路交通事故,死亡率分别为4.27/10万、10.10/10万。结论2017—2022年金湾区居民伤害死亡居全死因第5位,其中主要引起伤害死亡原因的有道路交通事故、意外跌落、自杀及后遗症、溺水、意外中毒,应根据不同群体的主要伤害类型制定针对性综合预防措施。Objective To analyze the epidemic characteristics and changing trend of injury death among the residents in Jinwan district of Zhuhai city, so as to provide a scientific basis for formulating the prevention and control strategies. Methods The descriptive epidemiological method was used;the data of injury deaths among the residents in Jinwan district from 2017 to 2022were collected, and epidemiological characteristics were analyzed. The trend of injury deaths was analyzed using the linear logarithm model. Results A total of 359 injury deaths were reported, with the average annual injury mortality rate of 33.01/100 000, and the standardized mortality rate of 30.53/100 000, accounting for 8.40% of the total deaths of all causes, ranking the fifth of all causes of death. The top 5 death causes of injuries were road traffic accidents(9.56/100 000), accidental falls(8.09/100 000), suicide and sequelae(5.52/100 000), drowning(3.22/100 000) and accidental poisoning(1.10/100 000). The mortality rates of injuries, road traffic accidents, accidental falls, suicides and sequelae, drowning and accidental poisoning among the resident in Jinwan district showed a stable trend in different years, and differences in the annual changes were not statistically significant(all P>0.05). The crude mortality rate of injuries in males(39.94/100 000) was higher than that in females(25.91/100 000), and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=16.215, P<0.05). The top 3 death causes of injury in males were road traffic accidents(12.89/100 000), accidental falls(8.17/100 000) and suicide and sequelae(6.72/100 000), and the top3 death causes of injury in females were accidental falls(8.01/100 000), road traffic accidents(6.15/100 000) and suicide and sequelae(4.29/100 000). The leading death causes of injury in the 0-<15 years old group and the 60 years old group and over were drowning(3.76/100 000) and accidental falls(48.11/100 000), respectively.
