摘 要:随着世界经济一体化的发展,世界各国的教育文化交流日益密切,跨文化交际活动频繁开展,对当代大学生提出了新的要求。大学生要具备良好的语言交流能力,了解各国的文化差异,具有一定的国际竞争力,以实现成功的跨文化交际。然而,传统的教育观念、教学评估、教学方法以及其他来自学校、教师、学生和家庭的诸多因素影响了学生跨文化能力的培养,大学生的跨文化交际能力普遍不高。对此,找到问题产生的原因,探索优化措施,提出有效的跨文化交际能力培养路径,有助于促进学生语言应用能力的全面提高,帮助他们应对全球化带来的机遇和挑战,推动跨文化交际学的研究和实践,为大学生提供更加完善的培养环境,为高校教育改革提供借鉴和参考。With the development of world economic integration,the educational and cultural exchanges of countries in the world are becoming increasingly close,and cross-cultural communication activities are carried out frequently.The background of globalization puts forward new requirements for contemporary college students.College students should have good language communication skills,understand the cultural differences of different countries,and have certain international competitiveness to achieve successful cross-cultural communication.However,traditional educational concepts,teaching evaluation,teaching methods and many other factors from schools,teachers,students and families affect the cultivation of students'intercultural communicative competence,so most college students'intercultural communicative competence is generally not high.In this regard,a specific analysis is carried out to find out the causes of the problems,to explore optimization measures,and to put forward effective ways to cultivate cross-cultural communication competence,which will help to promote the overall improvement of students'language application competence.It will also help them to cope with the opportunities and challenges brought by globalization,to promote the research and practice of cross-cultural communication,to provide a more perfect training environment for college students,and to provide reference for college education reform.
