摘　　要：案例教学是法学实践教学的主要方式。传统案例教学具有显著的优势,但也面临一些困境。创新法学案例教学,一方面,可以引入社科法学的知识资源,拓展案例教学的适用范围,助力法学人才培养;另一方面,应正视当下计算机、互联网、人工智能、信息技术等给法学教育带来的新变化,依托“互联网—大数据”和数字案例库探索新的教学模式。Case teaching is the main method of legal practice teaching.Traditional case teaching has significant advantages,but it also faces some challenges.We should innovate the teaching of legal cases.On the one hand,legal education should utilize the knowledge resources of Law and Social Sciences,expand the scope of application of legal case teaching,and promote the cultivation of legal talents.On the other hand,we should face up to the new changes by computers,the Internet,artificial intelligence,information technology,etc.,and explore new teaching models by using"Internet Big Data"and digital case base.
