饲粮中添加大豆黄酮对仔兔生长性能的影响

摘　　要：为探究低蛋白、低豆粕饲粮中添加大豆黄酮对断奶仔兔生长性能、免疫性能的影响。试验选取80只健康且体重相近的30日龄断奶仔兔,随机分为4组(A、B、C、D组),每组5个重复,每个重复4只。4组分别添加大豆黄酮0、25、50、100 mg/kg。结果显示:C组和D组仔兔的试验末体重和平均日增重显著高于A组和B组(P<0.05),C组和D组仔兔的试验料重比显著低于A组和B组(P<0.05);D组仔兔的IgA含量显著高于A组(P<0.05);D组仔兔的IgG含量显著高于A组(P<0.05);C组和D组仔兔的IgM含量显著高于A组和B组(P<0.05)。结果表明:饲粮中添加大豆黄酮对仔兔生长性能和免疫性起到促进作用,其中添加50 mg/kg大豆黄酮对仔兔生长性能和免疫性能的效果最好。This study aimed to investigate the impact of adding soybean isoflavones in low-protein,low-soybean meal diets on the growth and immune performance of weaned rabbits.A total of 80 healthy and similar-weight weaned rabbits at 30 days of age were selected and randomly divided into four groups(A,B,C,D),with each group having 5 replicates,each consisting of 4 rabbits.The four groups were supplemented with soybean isoflavones at doses of 0,25,50,and 100 mg/kg,respectively.The results showed that the final body weight and average daily gain of weaned rabbits in Groups C and D were significantly higher than those in Groups A and B(P<0.05).The feed-to-gain ratio in Groups C and D was significantly lower than in Groups A and B(P<0.05).The IgA and IgG levels in Group D weaned rabbits were significantly higher than in Group A(P<0.05).The IgM levels in Groups C and D weaned rabbits were significantly higher than in Groups A and B(P<0.05).These results indicate that the addition of soybean isoflavones in the feed has a promotive effect on the growth and immune performance of weaned rabbits,with the optimal effect observed at a dosage of 50 mg/kg of soybean isoflavones.
