锡槽锡液流动及挡旗影响的模拟

摘　　要：本文通过对常规锡槽进行建模,模拟了生产过程中不同锡液深度下锡液的对流情况。分析了玻璃带边部区域锡液温度变化与主传动速度的关系。同时,比较了挡旗对玻璃带边部区域锡液温度的影响。In this paper,on basis of modeling a conventional tin bath,the convection of molten tin at different depths during production is simulated;the relationship between the temperature change of molten tin at the edge of glass ribbon and the speed of main drive is analyzed,meanwhile,the influence of the carbon flag on the temperature of molten tin at the edge of the glass ribbon is compared.
