摘 要:随着运输行业的发展和汽车工业的进步,国内主流主机厂纷纷开始在中型载货汽车上匹配高功率发动机。中型载货车型的适用工况也逐渐从城乡零担运输向长途运输渗透。随着车辆运输距离的增加,所面对的路况也更为复杂,尤其在长途下坡路段对车辆自身的制动性能提出了极大挑战。液力缓速器,作为一种行车辅助制动系统,因其安全高效的特点,受到了越来越多用户的关注和认可,并逐渐被更多的主机厂应用于中型载货汽车上。本文以某款匹配了液力缓速器的中型载货汽车为例,对缓速器的选型、布置形式以及冷却系统管路的布置方式进行了深入的理论分析和计算。With the development of the transportation industry and the progress of the automobile industry,domestic mainstream OEMs have begun to match high-power engines on medium-sized trucks,and the applicable working conditions of medium-sized trucks have gradually penetrated from urban and rural less than carload transportation to long-distance transportation.With the improvement of vehicle transportation distance,the road conditions are more complex,especially in the long downhill section,which greatly tests the braking performance of the vehicle itself.As an auxiliary braking system,hydraulic retarder has atracted more and more users'attention and acceptance due to its safety and efficiency,and has been matched and applied by more and more OEMs on medium trucks.In this paper,taking a medium-sized truck matching hydraulic retarder as an example,theoretical analysis and calculation are carried out on the retarder selection,layout and cooling water path layout.
