摘　　要：干部队伍建设是无产阶级执政党建设的关键问题。十月革命后,列宁在领导俄国执政党建设实践中对新时期领导干部的能力素质作了诸多论述:“把共产主义理解为自己的事业”“夺取政权并学会利用政权”“讲求实际和求实精神”“善于同最广大劳动群众打成一片”“善于用别人的手来建设经济”。在此基础上,列宁还围绕如何选拔干部、培养干部、监督干部等问题进行了探索和实践,形成了一系列具有创见性的干部队伍建设思想。研究列宁关于执政党干部队伍建设的基本思想与实践经验,对新时代中国建设高素质专业化干部队伍具有重要理论意义与实践价值。The construction of party cadres is a key issue in the building of a proletarian ruling party.After the October Revolution,Lenin made numerous statements about the capabilities and qualities of leading cadres in leading the building of the ruling party in Russia.He emphasized concepts such as"treating communism as one's own cause"seizing political power and learning to use it effectively","valuing practicality and pragmatism","integrating closely with the broad masses of workers",and"being adept at building the economy through others".On this basis,Lenin also explored and practiced how to select,train and supervise cadres,forming a series of innovative thought on cadre construction.Studying Lenin's fundamental ideas and practical experiences regarding the construction of the ruling party's cadres has significant theoretical and practical value for building a contingent of high-quality and professional cadres in the new era.
